anyone deals with human resource

I am thinking of moving back to GA
I need some HR advice.

I miss you guys man.
BTW you can have my apt (here in memphis) if i move back

As you all know i took a job here in Memphis
And now I want out - miss home and friends
but want a win win situation
if they want to be nasty i would have to pay lots back for this transfer (<12 mo)

generally when a company pays to move you, you are in some sort of "contract" for pre-determined length of time. if you decide to breach the "contract" you are obligated to repay

 

i wish i dealed with them bridges.. anyway..
