Working through the process of buying my 1st house, Im pretty sure Ive found one up in Braselton near Lanier speedway. I need an inspection, does anyone know of a good inspector I could use?

For what it's worth, my relator hated him because he skipped all the little crap I can do myself & instead spent like three hours talking with me about drainage systems & potentials for water damage & more septic crap than I care to remember. If you want to be involved with the home inspection process & maybe learn a thing or two, I can't recommend him enough. On the other hand, if you just want something quick & dirty, he's about the worst guy you could get. For my first house, I needed to have the house 'perfect' to qualify for the 'good' loan. After his inspection I wasn't even close, but I was still glad I used him. -Chris
