I havent heard good things about most Kahrs. Mccoy had one in .40 and had constant problems with it feeding/jamming.
I believe that is the common thing, I have heard the same about 9mm Kahrs. I have not heard anything on the 45s, did some searching around and found these. http://kahr.net/PA-1B/review_cch08.html http://www.handgunsmag.com/featured_handguns/kahr45_071306/index.html From what I can see the 45 scored pretty good reviews. I would definitely do a rapid fire test with it before you buy one.
^^ that would be many of the knock offs of the Mauser model 98 By far the best overall bolt action ever made. Also known as a Mosin Nagant, Springfield model 1903, Lee-Enfield and countless others
From what I understand there is a 200 round break in on them...before that they can jam. But on the 45's I have read several reviews from folks that said they were good out of the box.
Well ended up with a Sig P220 .45 ACP. Took it out and shot it after buying it and I think it is about my favorite .45 I have shot...hard to compare the Sig and my old H&K usp, but they are pretty darn close. Got it for less than the Kahr I was looking at!!
