Anyone want to lend a hand Saturday Night?

  1. Im just wanting a little help Saturday night installing and working with the Cobb AccessPort for my car to go Full Stage II. It should be arriving by then.


    Also I have an Innovate LM-1 and XD-1 wideband system Id like hooked up as well. Ill drive almost anywhere to meet up at someones garage.

    Are you installing an exhaust or anything? Because the AP is only like a 5 minute deal by yourself... I don't know about the wideband system.

    I can help. No garage but I've got plenty o tools and a huge parking area we can work on it.

    if that's the case, you might want to get this unit for easier installation & detachment. You dont have to run your car with LM-1 all the time unless you want to constantly monitor AFR. (but i recommend EGT gauge for this purpose)

    I have LC-1 with 1 HF cat, so i need to plug this into stock rear 02 sensor plug goes during tuning and have to to take it out when i'm done. kinda pita... Saving trees are hard :)

  8. Very true, however, I already have all the equipment from my old car, and just moving it over to the WRX. My downpipe already has a bung for the sensor to get a realtime reading, and I like having the wideband gauge in front of me so I can monitor it realtime. EGT gauges in my past experience lag in what it can tell me. By the time the EGT reaches a certain temp its probably already too late, contrary to the Wideband. Just personal preference I guess.
