My Mom and Dad will be there with me. I am trying to talk my Dad into running, doing a 2 driver car for once, but he won't do it.
No, if you have the SCCA Membership, the event costs $25, if you don't have one, it costs $35. If you are going for the first time, you can choose to run Novice Class, and can pick whether you want to run Morning or Afternoon. You should come Kris, lots of fun.
Ya know, as we mature the club, we might want to think about dues (much later on). This would let us do things like hold our own autocrosses. BMW, MINI, and Porsche, to name a few do this almost monthly...
Exactly, hence the membership dues. This would be an Alex/Milo thing, and as of now, it seems like that would be a little too formal for WRXAtlanta....
Well, that is why I would love to get a really good turnout for Nopi. We have the possibility of winning $2000 for the club. With that amount we could set up a WRXatlanta Auto X, or rent out Talladega Gran Prix and be able to do a free for all Track Day.
I'm not much into the whole nopi scene, but it would be great to get some money for the club for autox or trackdays. I'm so addicted to autox, i really want more events!
So - how did you folks do? Get any runs in between the rain? Every time I thought to leave to come over it started raining again.
jason, meredith, brian, wayne, trey, patrick, chris and i were all there... i think i finished up 2nd in street mod
man, when I wasn't spinning I was hitting cones. It wasn't until my time only runs that I started getting fast. Best was a 48.996 clean too bad it will not count Nice job you guys
when u were running, it was real wet... considering how tail happy ur car was, i think u did real good
Man I wish I would have run with you guys in the dry. It rained like a mofo in the afternoon. My best was a 52.x Points are posted here It was really messy out there.
Wow, I got bumped quite a bit from the Afternoon people. When I left after running Milo was in 2nd and I was 3rd, ended up 9th for the day
There were only 2 Civics in the Morning when we were working. The red one that I had to keep calling in for Sound Warnings was in STS Class and the Black one with the Fastech Stickers I don't remember. Besides, after our second runs, you were in 2nd, I was in 3rd. They would have had to run after us.
Wow, I thought I had atleast one clean run. Guess I was wrong . The rain was fun, but I found it so hard to be consistent out there.
