Batlground 1.5 el header question

    Sweet just read the other. was thinking about grabbing one, someone is selling one on nabisco for a good price and it looks to be brand new, i just dont know as the thread talked about the welds breaking etc.

    sub-par tubing breaking at welds because of high EGT's. if buying a set of headers, make damn well sure they are fabbed in 321 Stainless Steel. All thin wall 304SS will fail in time.

    304SS is fine for a naturally aspirated engine but in high boost applications the minimum is a 321SS alloy

    Never been a big fan of headers on the WRX... I love the boxer rumble. Wouldn't scrap it for a few horsepower..

    I like the way equal length headers sound but I don't like the thin 304 stainless tubing...
