    Welcome mang.

The 04 is a great car from what I've heard. Have fun and watch out for the fuzz.

Thanks for the warm welcome everybody. Haven't completely thought out what I'm gonna do with the car yet. I really wasn't expecting to get 1, but the guys Subie of Gwinnett hooked me up. Just research some things on this site then go from there. Any advice?

Welcome to the boards! As for first mods, two letters EM...can't stress enough how much the open loop/ close loop issue affects overall drivability of the car. Plus, even stage 1 will feel like a nice boost in power...

Ok...new to the turbo game, but you're saying I need Engine Management. My friend used to have a turbo VR4 and tells me I need to get a Turbo Timer as well. What brand of EM should I be shooting for or should I just look in the Review Forum?

i believe cobb accessport is the new golden child... replacing ecutek (which is still good)

EM will smooth everthing out, but look at your budget first, if you can add all (or most of) the hardware on first, you'll save money by tuning it once, as opposed to tuning each time you put a new piece of hardware on.

    Thanks man.
My Upgrade Path (after research) would be:
    1.Filter (K&N drop-in or cold air) + turbo timer
    2.Up pipe
    3.Down pipe
    4.Cat-back
    5. SoG Tune
I'd probably just get all my hardware then get the EM and get em put together one time.
***Then some sort of boost controller with boost set at 14psi or 16psi. with an SoG tune of course.
