Anyone have any experience removing krylon fusion paint from plastic? I painted my grill flat black about a year ago, looked great at first, now it has countless rock chips and looks like total poop. I bought some matte black vinyl that I'd like to cover it in instead, but first I want to remove the paint. I already tried acetone, but that didn't do a damn thing. Any other options or recommendations?
but i was moreso referring to the shiny plastic finish on the gray part. it feels like sand paper would totally fuck that up
and by clean, hit it with that acetone again to remove all oils and stuff. i would THINK because the finish undernead is flat, the vinyl stands a chanch of bonding. but I dunno if fuzion is synthetic or acryllic
