not quite sure on this one.. kinda looked like Milo's bald head .. was driving home on 85 south and whoever you were you were getting off at 10th/14th/17th street exit, in an 02/03 black, dropped, stock exhaust, i think. two people were in it.. i zipped by in a same 02 black, nondropped, w/muffler.
if it was today then it wasnt me... and my bald head is different from any other bald head u might see
