Blue cheese

    Note that there's a BIG difference between the 'traditional' and the 'mellow'. You want the traditional.

    Pretty much. It's nice to put out some fancy cheeses and crackers and a good red wine on occasion.

    PS: it also goes REALLY well in those blue cheese burgers I posted earlier. :)

    There's a link to a blue cheese biscuit recipe that sounds really good I want to try soon.

    you could always put blue cheese crumbles on top of buffalo wings and bake them like that. You cut out the mayonaise so the wings are a lil bit healthier....
