Blue with black rims on 85 going north

    About 545 today, pulled up next to me and waved. Sweet car. Had a WRXAtlanta Sticker.

    I didn't see if it had a banner. I suppose it shall remain a mystery.

    The one with the banner is the only one I knew of personally. I'm sure there are other WRB with black wheels out there :)
