Blue WRX Powers Ferry & 285

    Blue WRX, no tint, turning north onto Powers Ferry road at 285 access road.

    I've seen twice now around 7:20am

    Looked like blonde chica driving.

    dang...I'm usually right there around that time. but I'm not blonde, not a chick, and don't have a WRX :p
