    That is right, right?

'02 EJ205, stock ECU which has a target of 13.3 psi IIRC. For a while I had been seeing a spike up to about 15 psi, now am hitting 18.5 psi... once its corrects itself it likes to hang around 14 psi before it tapers off.

That should be right. When I was on the dragon, my gauge shot up to 22 on my wrx. But it sure as hell wasn't 22 lbs of power, felt more like 5.

I checked around and turns out my intercooler was leaking at the throttle body so I just adjusted it and no problem ever since

How many miles on the turbo? I had my wastegate start to get stuck closed and boost shot way too high.

Do you have a divorced Down Pipe? Bellmouth? Is it happening all the time or on cold days?

For everyone else why would a vacuum leak cause high boost? Wouldn't it be low boost? Unless your measuring from the wastegate accuator boost source.

I didnt get high boost, but the leak caused the boost gauge to read too high without actually creating it

untuned I've seen them spike to 17~19 regularly. Any vac/boost leak would make the boost either erratic or low.
