Thanks guys for the support!! Its kinda funny that I posted a Legacy GT thing on a WRX site and posted a link on LegacyGT.com guys to come check it out here.
I agree. I had some sales lady trying to use her new laptop in our network, and i sat infront of the thing for atleast 45 minutes trying to find out why it would not let me join a domain, the NETWORK ID buttons were greyed out... i run a quick google search on WINDOWS XP MEDIA CENTER... and find out that it CAN NOT JOIN A DOMAIN.... FCUK THAT
Well in my defence it works well for multimedia applications. I basically chose this because UI to me is much prettier than the one provided by its competitors lke Intervideo etc.
I guess I`ll say what it is once I get some results from it. Lets just say its top secret till then.... ;-)
i've already did the top mount HU install, looks quite nice. You just buy the 70 dollar top pod from dealership and it comes with the bracket. I got a HU with auxillary cables running to the back where my docking station is. Just waiting for tax refund to come in so i can buy laptop carpc 2.0. Car PC 1.0 was working for a week but i never got around to taking pics b/f the laptop stolen situation.
I mounted my pc under the driver seat. You get a enclosure that looks like the housing of an amp. Unfortunately, we forgot to take pic during the install process. http://www.logicsupply.com/product_info.php/cPath/23_84/products_id/401 Most mini ITX form factors fit inside that.
