just ordered a CEL fix for my downpipe because it threw a CEL with my new downpipe and mid pipe....how hard is it to install?...it seems like a little screw in thingy the separates the O2 sensor further from the downpipe or something?.....not sure how it works or if it REALLY will solve my problem...sure somebody has some info on this... THANKS!!!
It's very simple. Just make sure you put some anti-sieze on the O2 sensor when you put it back in. Don't know that I can tell you how it works though.
It works fine for my 05... it just lets less of the exhaust get 'sniffed' by the sensor so it won't have a cow over cat efficiency.
what kind of cel fix did you get? and from where? the cel fix i got from perrin (alta performance) that you wire into the wiring harness doen't work for sh*t. now i need something else to stop throwin the damn ce light.
