I know this is probably just normal for aftermarket suspensions, but mine is really loud... Whenever I either turn a sharp corner at low speeds or hit bumps, I can hear all kinds of clicking, knocking, and popping sounds from all corners... It is real bad when I first get in the car in the morning, like it just settled down and is waking up... :dunno

If you've got pillowball mounts, I've heard that they increase noise quite a bit.

I fixed my noises by tightening down the sway bar endlinks. Quiet as stock right now :)

I have spherical endlinks, so I can only tighten them so tight...

My Dna's make a moderate amount of noises too. Just like you said, they're more frequent first thing in the morning, and when you turn the car, bumps, etc. I just blame it on the dnas and the pillowball mounts.

It's true... they're freaking horribly annoying. I am about to order some rubber inserts for my Teins because I'm just so sick of the constant bump, bump, bump noise. Hopefully it won't affect the stiffness too much.

You must use a torque wrench. The torque specs for the endlinks are not that high, because they need to move. If you lock them in, the clunking you are hearing is your endlink having to overcome the tightness of your bolt. This can be very bad and will destroy the spherical bearings in your endlinks. Its 33 ft/lbs. of torque from the Subaru Service Manual. The manual can be found online in a sticky under the DIY section.

Yeah, i wasn't sure what it was, so I tightened them to 35... So they should be fine. I think it is the DNAs since i haven't installed the front endlinks yet. I'm getting the exact same noise from the front also

Well I know that an aftermarket FSB will destroy the stock endlinks pretty fast, because they are weak. Other than that, check the top strut nut. I've had that come loose before and make lots of noises.
