Alright I admit I am still learning my car. I've been driving manuals my whole life and I am no spring chicken. I had top speed check my clutch when I was having an oil change and they said it still had plenty ofmet on it. But I will be dammed if I do't burn that clutch alteast twice a day. What's a good technique guys?

I always suggest people to use a rolling method. Like you push in with the ball of your fit, and rock it in down and up; like a wave for example. I have no idea if that makes any sense, lol.

  4. i burn mine ever so offten but that one hard take offs cause im scared ill break the tranny again... move your seat back a tid bit and maybe youll get all the way off the clutch. i know for the longest time after i got my car i would burn the clutch cause i sit on the steering wheel so i can drive with my knees but when i moved the seat back it went away. Just an idea.

Believe it or not I drove in a pair of thin soled shoes and moved the seat back and it felt allot better. My work shoes are thick soled. I guess it doesn't help that my previous car was a Toyota which are set up exactly the opposite, clutch let's out at the bottom. I guess I got some driving shoes now. I also noticed that depending on the way the car CPU is effecting the performance sometimes it is not running that strong so you really have to let the clutch out slow. Makes ya hungry for mods, but not until after Chirstmas! I want that flash tune at TopSpeed. Anyone got it yet?
