I'm about to start replacing the clutch on my 03 wrx with an Exedy OEM replacement... but I was wondering if any of you could give me any pointers from your experiences. Really the only part I'm worried about is removing the cv axles lol any input is greatly appreciated

Pull the fork pin, pop spring pins out, pop out ball joints to get axles off the stubs. Leave the DS in until its on the ground unless you like wearing Xtra S. Don't forget to unbolt the slave...its a bitch to unbolt while holding the tranny

Oh and DON'T put the clutch disk in backwards!!!

haha preciate the input guys! I got the cv axles out and all the other miscellaneous steps taken care of... but now I'm stuck trying to take off the 4 12mm bolts that connect the drive shaft to the rear differential. They're just torqued down insanely tight and it's hard to get a grip on them. Any suggestions for getting them out? I'm letting them soak in pb blaster overnight.

lol I was reading on nasioc earlier about some people putting it in backwards...
