hopefully NEVER!!! so i won't regret selling my AP. jp~ ecutek license is too expensive in ATL, and hopefully this week bring come lower price for consumer?? there is pretty good market of potential protuner customers. Also cobb protuner's LIVE tuning will shorten the tuning time dramatically which is big plus.
Bah, I don't want to drive to NH or to get more torque. TDC is getting some nice numbers with Protune on LGT 5EAT's http://www.tdctuning.com/index.php?page=customers&picfolder=2005legacygtat(sean) This one shows some significant gains over stock AP maps http://www.tdctuning.com/index.php?page=customers&picfolder=2005legacygtmt Come on lemme be your guinea pig...
This is good to know, but aren't you in the process of becoming a ProTune capable? And wouldn't that mean not having to put out the extra $450 for Streettuner?
And how much is that? I'm guessing there are probably different makers for different $, and differenty quality? Is this something that replaces the factory O2 sensor, or need in addition to, and does it have to be permanent?
Well, the guy I know using StreetTuner went with the LM-1 setup. I think it's around $350-400. It does not replace the factory one. Does not have to be permanent, but generally people do a permanent install so they can have a reliable o2 reading on their a/f gauges...
