I have been noticing a high pitched not normal whistle when getting into boost in 5th & 6th gear. Also over boosted and threw a cel, happened a few months back but i thought it was because of the cool weather. I checked the hoses last night only due to the noises ive been hearing i havent overboosted lately, I found the hose from the housing nipple to the bcs was off which could have been off for months im not sure. I put it back on and zip tied it. Now I'm not hitting target boost. Anywhere from 5-10 psi low. Boost leak?

its possible. What method of boost control are you using? Stock ebcs? 3 port? MBC?

its been awhile since I seen one of those... lol
When you overboosted its possible you blew off another line or unsettled a coupler.

You have an AP and or wideband? Its really easy to determine a leak with some form of datalogging and/or wideband.

i'd be more interested in A/F correction/learned values and MAF voltage at WOT than IAM/DAM. If there's a WB on board, running really rich in boost would be a sign of a boost leak...

Cel=IAMdrops ( depends on how much) = BOOST & timing retard

Lview can easily give you the indications

Sure, but it depends on how the tuner set it up. I've seen som ROMs where the IAM would have to be below 2 (on a 16bit ecu) for wgdc to be reduced.
I've also seen some maps where KCA was set to 1/2* in some regions or even across the board. If the IAM dropped to 8 and the KCA table was set to 2*, it may sound horrible, but in actuality the ecu only pulled 1*....

Like you said, LV will tell all since it also shows AF learned values...

Thanks for all the replies. I took everything apart then hooked it all back up. Reflashed and now it's running perfect.
