I need to know what the correct name for the part that runs from the cat to the axelback portion of the exhaust is called. Is this the mid-pipe or the intermediate pipe, or does it have another name?

Rallyperformance calls it the Center rear section. I think the name depends on where you go. You are talking about the pipe after the Midpipe Cat that removes or replaces the Resonater Pipe?

I know this wont help much, but I call it "that piece". Its referred to in the shop manual as the center rear exhaust piping.

Well I think the Midpipe is considered the Mid section with the Cat, but again, it all depends on where you go and who you talk to.
