Monday am at around 9:15 on hwy. 9 just south of Holcomb bridge. It was a WRB STI, didn't catch the year.. I was too overwhelmed buy the crazy decal's all over the car. It must have been a business car for somewhere, the decal's were all over the side, hood and rear. couldn't make out what they said but they were very colorful. There was also a huge rack on the top with a container of some sort..... anyone ever see this thing?
