I have dabbled with it over the past 2 years on and off. And while I love the entire concept, especially challenging myself, I usually end up injured. We'll see how it turns out this go around but I'm dead set on a sub 5min FRAN.
i did crossfit for 6 months. i work on cars for a living and my manager said i need to choose between crossfit or work because i was so freaking sore i couldnt do anything.
Friend of mine is an ER nurse. She can diagnose a CrossFit, Inc. injury from across the waiting room.
a sub 5 min Fran would be awesome. I haven't actually done a Fran yet but barely finished Murph on memorial day and was about to die. What box do you guys go to?
