Ok so we just got a Wii and I wouldn't have a clue what games are good for a 5yr old. We have the wii sports that comes with it and my sister got us some carnival games. Any input on what your kids like that are around 5ys of age?
wii fit and wii fit plus, super mario, mario kart (is freaking awesome), rock band, guitar hero and some other similars. there are a lot more kid friendly games for the wii than any other system.
he's 5 jake, Rock band will be out of his league. I have been told the new Super Mario is good and some starwars lego's
You would be surpised. My daughter was able to do really well on easy on Guitar Hero. The kids also thought all the songs were new and were surprised that I knew the words to them. I had to explain that half of the songs on the game were older than me. BTW there is nothing like dropping you daughter off for 2nd grade and having her singing Rock You like a Hurricane as she gets out of the car. Got a lot of strange looks from the people in car line that day. The Lego games are good too.
I'll second Mario Kart, and you'll have a blast with it. Super Mario Galaxy was a ton of fun, but I havent played the newest one yet.
