Because I need a laptop to take to work and anywhere else for development and everything else. I can concentrate better when I'm out of the house with less distractions. I already have two PCs which do what I need them to do.

That is a very good price. We were paying around $2000 with our corporate rate when they came out last November. I have a D620 and love it. Solid machine.

Matt, can you get a quote from your Dell rep on that same spec and tell me what you get for a price?

    I don't have a rep...I have a website.

I think we get 15% off the retail prices, but not positive
