Well, it isnt a bug persay but it does look like your user id was not parsed with the URL as it should have been. I need to do some work to that software as it is a bit outdated. We were going back and forth as to which software we should use to allow members to upload photos through the website. At this point I'll issue a blanket statement saying that this portion of the website is no longer under maintenance and is outdated with no ETA as to when the functionality will return.
