A few weeks ago, I noticed a tear in my brand new Alpinestars racing gloves. I shot an email to Discovery Parts, where I purchased them, and told them I was willing to chalk it up to a faulty part, but I would like to have the replaced. They very quickly responded (two employees in fact) to the email and were willing to exchange them without question. In less than two weeks, I had a new pair of AStars. I can't say enoguh about Discovery Parts. Their customer service is EXCELLENT! I recommend you give them a look. They are really great folks. Regards, Joey
