I would have to say that it is the most effective form of weight reduction. Where else can you drop one thing and lose anything from 85 to 130 lbs.

Well, I personally would worry about the gf's drag coefficient. If the GF's DC is high than losing her will make you faster overall. Plus, the faster you go, the more the positive DC will come into play. Weight can be overcome by mods like the "hummer" mod or the "massage with oil" mod.
