I think I remember someone telling me they do. Another dealership is selling the same item for about $20 less than SoG, the only problem is they are in MD and I like buying my stuff from SoG when its OEM. Anyone else hear this? Scott can you chime in? Thanks!

Oh, I stuck this in here because the item is the Momo Shift knob made for Subaru...

sweet someone else is getting that shift knob.

It's a quality piece and I've got one going in my car right now. I got excited and pulled it out of the box when it came in and it feels very weighty and high quality.

While it is $20 cheaper at this other dealership how much will shipping be to get it shipped here?

I just bought mine at SOG because I figured it would work out to be pretty close with shipping included.

Shipping is only $6 from MD so it still under cuts SoG's price by about $15. I will check with Lisa, may run by there today...and yes, the knob looks awesome! I miss the rounded shift knob, its just much nicer in the hand.

I have the STi Titanium Shift knob. Have had it since I bought the car, and am still not sure if I like it or not. It's really high quality and looks good, but when its hot outside the knob gets really hot, and when it's cold the knob gets really cold. But I don't want to spend the money for a new one that looks cumbersome and out of place.

GTscoob, do you like that shift knob? Any negitives? Is there another one you would get instead?

I was thinking about getting it but not sure. I think it would look nice with the Momo steering wheel.

Well i have had the Momo knob for almost a year now. The only downsides for me is it gets cold in the winter and hot in the summer. Other than that i love it.

well I havent driven with it yet but got to hold it in my hand.

It seems really nice and matches the steering wheel very well.

I was kinda looking at the Prodrive knobs but just decided to get the nice Momo knob.

The only thing that would bother me about a CNC'd knob is what was mentioned before. Extremely hot in the Summer, and extremely cold in the winter.

picked one up today at SoG. They matched the price of the knob with shipping included. So invoice was $95, SoG price was $84 and they matched a price of $72 plus tax. So about $8 cheaper than the standard price. Very cool and I didn't have to wait for it to ship! I will post pics of the knob later...my first "show" mod...

Shifting the STi Titanium Piston Knob also feels like shifting a beer bottle...

Wow they had one in stock when you went by?

I had to order mine but it was alright because I had to order the MT trim piece and shift boot also.

Honestly, the difference in feel while driving is negligible. Though, it does "fit" a little better in my hand. I def. need to get a kartboy short shift shift kit though. The knob doesn't look right sticking way up like that. I will probably get the bushings as well. In every car I have owned (except the miata) a short shift kit has really improved my driving exeprience. Can't imagine the subbie would be any different...
