I would not be comfortable with that. There are a lot of things to check before making that purchase(emissions, title, shipping, etc) and I would still make payment through some type of escrow company. Autotrader and ebay have tutorials.
Don't do it, it will be some sort of: hey you pay us through some 3rd party BS and once the car arrives you have X amount of days to accept it. This is the classic scam as they have a way to get your money and there is NOTHING you can do about it.
