if they were on the back side (bottom) it would be more efficient i would think, by pulling the air thru.
I was planning on getting one of those so I did some research on it. However, my findings were not conclusive and I wasn't willing to buy the kit and test it out myself. Two main matters of concern were: 1) On the road, say your IAT is at 95 degrees but the CO2 spray drops the temp down to say 50 degrees. Would you run into a dangerously lean condition? Maybe not since the actual mass of air hasn't changed but with our ECUs, I can't be too sure about anything. 2) I read someones thread where he actually lost power on the dyno when he sprayed CO2. That was probably because the car wasn't actually moving, so some of the CO2 probably found its way into the intake. Anyways, I'd like to see one of these kits working in person.
with as many fans as I have replaed on computers...I doubt it... and like Milo said...IC spray....STi
