First these aren't the final numbers...Ill go into detail below This is the sickest turbo I have ever seen, these turbos are going to change the way people think about turbos for Subarus. Ill post the chart as soon as Dan uploads it. We didn't have time to finish the tune because Dan had to leave, he did however get the car to a safe driveable state. We didn't even turn the boost controller on yet. The wastegate has a 14lb spring in it. It makes 14lbs at peak torque and falls of to 12.7 at peak power which is 7000rpms. And it makes 390hp Thats right 390hp at what is basically 13lbs, this thing is a beast It spools as fast as my 30R did but way out powers it. Third Gear Pull

I could tell you but I would have to kill you. Its a 58mm Precision Ball Bearing unit with Vband inlet and outlet and a .63 exhaust housing and 3 inch inlet.
Yes sir, this is a third gear pull as well, it spools closer to 4000 rpms in 4th which is what most pulls are done in. Matt

didn't get there, needed the car and we ran outta time. I got a map safe enough to drive on, final tune will come next week when nice weather's around (so i can drive the bike to work) should be impressive :sx:
Ill post prices on the kit later this week, its not cheap, on par with the AMS kit but it makes more power than theirs so I think its justified.

That was indeed 93 octane pump gas and its been in his tank for a month. I'm pretty excited, I would like to see it pushed to 22lbs but I'm going to leave that up to Drew and Dan. It looks like this turbo is going to make much more power than we had expected...the question now is just how much

I'm going to try and take the car over to beyond oem and topspeed when when we get done that way there is no denying the results. Any typographical erorrs are purely such since I've been out all night and should be ignored etc... What do all these red lines mean
So how much boost is this really running? I want to see a 4th gear pull because this should spool before 4K
Yep the plan was to have them tune it but they couldn't fit Drew in. Dan is more than capable as he has shown already.
LOL yeah, Dan is going to finish it next week. There is nothing holding this up other than the dyno is packed right now and I wanted Drew to drive it a little so we can work out any potential issues before it goes on the dyno and then to the track day.

precisely...if I could go back four months, I would've gone ahead and went w/ rods / pistons, but eh - leave some for the future. I'll have a map for the track to bump the timing around, but I'm staying pump for now to preserve the pussy pistons Within the next year, this will strictly be a beater, not a DD. When that happens, I'll start looking into coilovers, meth, and possibly e-85 (when it's more prevalent)...but that's a lllooooonnnnggggg time away.
