i have a 86 suzuki samurai that will not pass emissions...does anyone know of somewhere that can help me out..i just need it to pass once so i can register it so i can transfer the registration to a county with no emissions..anyone know anywhere or anyone that could pass me?
Is there an exception for antique or classic vehicles? "86" ??Wow! What kind of set up is in that thing?
