whats the best way to find an exhaust leak, i think its between the head and turbo. so in the case it is, could i use foamy water, or something to that nature, like water bubbles. i took it to the shop but they couldn't find any leaks any where, just some head noise.

so, what could i do in my yard to find this leak? i have a stands and a floor jack, and all the basic hand tools.

    thanks

I use a smoke machine or compressed air. Just blow it in the tail pipe and slightly pressurize the exhaust system, of course the system must be sealed. I have a rubber cone that tapers from 1" to 4.5" with a hole in the point to blow the air/smoke through and seal. Works GREAT! I can pinpoint ANY exhaust, intake, or evap leak pretty easily with this method.
