can it be adjusted? mine goes off because its really sensative. The wind will blow and it will warn people. I was just curious if i can get the impact part adjusted to not go off to everything.

Doesn't the owners manual tell you how to adjust it? I thought mine did.

The shock sensor is behind the glove box, on the shock sensor there is an adjustment knob for sensitivity!

The reason why I know that is, I installed the factory alarm on my 05 STi, I hope its the same on 02 WRX! So if you pull the glove box off and its not behind there, then sorry for the wrong info!

    auto start?

Can you add a auto start to the stock alarm on the 02?

the factory alarm plug is actually under the console on the wrx....

the factory alarm is not capable of remote start. I put on a viper alarm for that. however our cars do have a neutral safety wire which is ideal for that when you have a manual tranny. In other words if you leave the car in gear and try and remote start it, it wont start.
