Favor: WinXP Recovery CD / XP media

Guys,

Does anyone have a win XP recovery CD/ XP Media that could created an ISO image out of?

Also anyone have an FTP site they could host the image?

My XP died while I am out of town for work and need to get this witch up and running. Can only do some much on a bootable linux distro.

 

dont know if this helps i have xp media center but on a hp and they dont give out disks anymore but partition the hd and put recovery on it. heres the iso of the files on that partition.

cant seem to DL it... I am bout to give up. deal with it in the morning.

 

when you open the link i posted you have to click on the free button on bottom of page. then on next page enter security tag in box and download from mirror. it worked fine for me.

 

Do you just need a fresh copy of XP Media Center? If so I can download it for you tonight.

 

dont run media center, and I have 3 legit winxp cds, if you need one.

well everything is running. had someone create a winXP ISO file and presto. chkdsk fixed my issues.

Kinda hard to pick up a cd when I am in DC LOL..... thanks for tryin JT. Appreciate the assistance . media center didnt want to play well with my puter.

All I know say is KNOPPIX Is GREAT!!!!! Never leave home with out it....
