So my wife got me a nice high powered dremel for Christmas and I decided to try my hand at porting and polishing today on a spare intercooler. I just worked with the y pipe portions to see what I could do with them. Here are my results.

I am really not sure I know enough about porting wastegates. I am sure it is not a whole lot different, but I would have to do some research on it and figure out exactly what it is supposed to look like after the port work so I can get a good mental image of what needs to be done. These are just extra parts I had laying around to learn on in case I made any mistakes, lol. All in all it took a little over an hour, but there was a lot of learning curve time to really figure it out and see which bits worked best.
