F'n allergies

    man i hate this time of the year, i get more sick now then i do in the spring when the pollen comes out. suxors!:hs:

    Get on the Alavert, for OTC allergy medication, it has done wonders for me in the past.

    be careful with clariten, using that to much can make you prone to infections
    I usually have tea and honey every morning, honey is good for your nose :)
    I also recomend nasacort, the sprays and a mild decon are good.
    I think I might get allergy shots again if things don't improve soon. long story on why I would need them again

    me too. im al kinda stopped up. florida this weekend was even worse than here for me though.

    yea Eric, tea and honey rocks, it really helps i forgotten alll about that.

    when my mom said she would eat a teaspoon of honey every morning i thought she was just shittin me -_-

    oh yea, my nose was really stopped up this morning also. But ive always had trouble breathing through my nose :(

    if claritin works for you...don't buy it. for $10 you can get a bottle of loratidine at costco or sams for about $5. instead of $10 for something like 16 claritin pills.

    loratidine is the active ingredient in claritin
