I figured out where my rear clunk was comming from. I was very supprised when i found it(i was rotating my tires) :eek4: :eek4: :eek4: hnoes: and no i did not remove the bolt... it fell out!! The only thing stoping the caliper from swinging all the way around is my brake line. now i have to go figure out what size bolt i am missing.
hey clayton, give me a call if you need any help. although....i have been drinking all day, so call me tomorrow. brett
I think that wins for worst cause of WRX clunking I've seen so far. It seems like clunking is normally related to aftermarket tophats/coilovers or swaybars.
Thats crazy Clayton. There is a spring pin that is supposed to hold the caliper in place in case there isn't a bolt. That little rubber boot has to get pushed in, in order for the caliper to rotate like that. Should be an easy fix with a trip to ACE.
