I installed some NGK 3300's yesterday. Notable difference; smoother torque curve ,smoother idle. Lost a touch of low end, but overall nice improvement. Anyway...the install went without a hitch except for the godamn cheap ass battery mounting hardware. Two long threaded stays that don't seem to attach to anything except under the lip of the battery and a bracket on top. Battery is sliding all around. Anyone know the assembly regarding these or where to purchase a real mount.
there are small little holes underneath the plastic battery tray, they are kinda hard to get to but if you secure them into the holes the battery should be more secure. hope maybe that helps..... EDIT: there's one hole in the front and one in the back...just use the hooked ends to secure into the holes....
Ok it's not the car that needs fixed....I think I need glasses, went out at lunch break and found the hole! Thanks Man! Good to finally wrench on the car. The plugs were the first fix. Gotta Love those individual coil packs!
i'm planing to get a new battery for my car.. any hints to what i should get thats better then stock and can handle any power i put thru the car to ground to battery..
but are they cappable of holding 2 15's subs 2 12's subs, 4 amps, 2 capasiter, and 2 71/2inch tv's and eclipse(navi,dvd,60gb hard drive) and underbody neon kits, 10 8inch neon lights and maybe a ps 3... ???

You could get a Braille, which are expensive! Or, you could get an Oydessy. Theyre $75 from their ebay wholesaler, same weight. ...Shady, you seriously have all of that in your WRX?
