Get $50 for library card in NY?? WTF

    On 90.1fm this am I heard Ny will be paying people $50 for getting a library card...WTF:ddirty:

    Also kids getting paid to go to school and bonuses for people who hold full time jobs...what the hell is this country coming to. I work a full time job for a paycheck and I don't get a bonus from the gov. because I have stayed on the same FULL TIME job for 8yrs....WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!! :asshole:
