Are there any good boneyards, either (local or not) for newer and older Subaru parts? The 91 Legacy SS I'll be picking up next week needs front corner lights for starters.
This is a great question. Although with the aftermarket popularity of the newer subies, I bet it would be hard to find parts for them. I know when I got in my wreck all they could find that was used was the drivers side fender and door (from a wrb). Everything else they had to get new.
I go to car-part.com and find a place that has a part for the model you are looking for and then call them. Good chance they had the whole car. It searches nationwide.
Thanks! I did a search for what I was looking for and it looks like they have what I may want in Austell. I'll call on Monday.
In cube form or WRX form? :keke: (Is this imoticon for a little laughter? , It reminds me of an Asian girl that doesn't want to show her teeth as she laughs)
preferably wrx form, and I think some of the emoticons on this website are most definately a tad out of the norm.:ky: :ky: :jb: :3mol: :dirty: :smileysex :werd:
Mind telling us how to find them? There was an STi in the local junkyard here and the idiots wanted $1400 for the shortblock....I was like dude I can get one brand new from the dealership for $1599! It had 55K miles on it too.
