I was driving my dad's Bimmer and I was really impressed with the suspension. What are some good parts to get my suspension closer to that of a bimmer? I know getting it exactly that tight isn't going to be possible without some serious $$, so anything cheap to get closer? The only suspension mods I have right now are TEINs.

if your looking for cheap handling, a sway bar is the way to go

    front sway= 1hr to 1-1/2hr
    rear sway= 15m-30m

the front is the most noticable improvement between the two i hear.

Ive done a considerable amount myself, but the more important question is what aspect of the BMW "ride" do you really seek ?

I really want the stiffness and the precision of the BMW "ride" rather than the somewhat sloppy suspension of the WRX.

Alright, you can look to a few things to help "find" this...

    Quicker steering rack
    Springs / Coilovers (Dampening adjustability)
    Sways
    Steeringrack Bushings

since u already have springs, i'd recommend swaybars and tires (stock RE92s suck)... depending on the size of the swaybars, u may need to upgrade the endlinks... if u have more money to throw, i would strongly recommend coilovers

i have 26mm front and rear swaybars, kartboy rear endlinks and tein flex coilovers with 8 kg springs... my tires r cheap but i love the way the car handles... looking to upgrade to better tires in the future
