So now that i got a job, i can actually buy stuff.. first off i want a downpipe, and uppipe.. but not sure which brand, after reading tons of pages of results, im still lost.. most are really similiar, to the point it seems brand names are the decision breaker. I have an HKS Hi-power catback.. kinda wanted to stick with HKS, but i just read off NASIOC, that there was something about the wastegate routing on the downpipe.. is that gonna be an issue, or nothing to even think about.. anyway what does everyone suggest? (this is also posted on NASIOC, if you happen to see the dup)
scoobysport has great torque increases and good fitment but they are costly and hard to find. I have the scoobysport tbe but I am considering the crucial racing u/p. crucial has a good deal on their u/p kit. http://www.crucialracing.com/
Here's another vote for the Helix. Sooooo pretty. HKS has a flat-flange (like stock), while the Helix is a bellmouth.
i agree with chris. i like the divorced or semi divorced dp. it really depends on if you want to go catless or not. then the real sugestions can come out. on the up that is an on going battle. all i can say is i had the new txs one with the flex piece and it was leeking when i sold the car. most people seem happier with the flex type up to me.
