common guys who knows how to do this stuff. not so scared of the springs, terrified of the up

  2. Uppipe is not that bad, takes about an hour or two. Most of your time is spent moving other stuff out of the way so you can get to it. Just make sure you have the right tools beforehand, that will make things go a lot smoother. Make sure you have an O2 sensor socket and some PB Blaster and soak everything down. Dunno if you have to remove the downpipe to get the uppipe out, I've always done them both at the same time. Check ScoobyMods.com for a good write-up too.

I know them both and have the tools. The uppipe takes a while because a lot of things need to come off, but the springs are a piece of cake. The springs can easily be done in one night. The uppipe would need an afternoon. Let me know...

both are easy..just make sure you drench your nuts and bolts with pb blaster and you will be fine.

Fo Sho, those exhaust bolts are pain. Make sure you have another car around so you can go to Ace Hardware and pick up new bolts.
