Man... Alpharetta subie owners (mostly WRX & STis) are kinda UNFriendly.... Past couple weeks, I waved (i'm kinda shy person, but proud to be an owner of Subaru) to 4 subie owners. But guess wat??? I made myself look so STUPID!!!! They were like "WTF?? Do i kno him??" Oh well... at least I was driving by myself.
That happened to me a couple times down in Fayette County. Actually now that I think about it I think I get rejected more times than actually waved back too.
Apologies if it was my red wrx (is that what you are hinting at with the RejectED?) I have a SUBARU banner on the windshield so you would know it's me, and I always wave if I see somebody. But there is one other red WRX that i sometimes see around the Peachtree Industrial/Sugarloaf Parkway area. Craig
not quite sure if he does or not, I've only seen him from a distance (he flies about industrial complexes faster than I usually think would be safe)
I try to wave whenever I see a WRX, STi, and sometimes EVO's. I notice alot of times that I get no response.
when i say industrial complex i meant business areas... John's Creek business park. at 630 when everybody is leaving work, going around the corners at 70+ in a 35. last time i checked, not how I was taught how to drive my wrx
Well boys you only live once. You aren't going to see me drivin ms. daisy? Thus my senior quote "Drive it like you stole it"
I live in Dunwoody and the only other Impreza that I have seen is a Blue STi that lives in my apartment complex. I have talked to him twice but I rarely see his car.
Has he had it for only six months or so? I was talkin just for a min with a guy when we where pulling off the exit on 400 by the dunwoody exit.
His name is Tommy (Tom's WRX) and he has had it for less than a year. He was my roomate last year in WV. Very cool guy. He's going to school at the Art Institute and he's also in the Reserves. He was recently called up to active duty, not sure when he will have to report. But he plans on starting his mods when he gets back. Pretty sure this is the guy you are talking about. His car has Virginia tags. -drums
