    trying to do something called drifting, not unlike the movie "Fast And The Furious: Tokyo Drift." A driver would pick up a lot of speed, and then cuts his wheel sharply, causing the car to slide sideways, or "drift."

    Classic! you couldn't make shit like this up! How do you "drift" in a FWD car anyways? Thats probably what he was figuring out as he slid into the gaurd rail "Hey... its... not.. turning.... just... skidding... straight... RUH ROH!!!"

    just found out that this happened at one of the apartment communities owned by the same company I work for. They have it on video from the surveillance cameras. I tell you that guy is soo lucky to be alive!

    well in the video it seemed that he was "attempting" to drift by engaging the ebrake and severely understeered. The guard wires kept him from flying into the apartment building across the street. He landed on a dumpster next to the building. Another 10 feet and he would have crashed through a wall and into someones bedroom.

    so my co-worker just informed me that this guy is the son of her neibor...the guy said he was racing his girlfriend to the top but they had forgoten that they had roped off the top level and made it a tennis court...he looked behind him to see where his gf was and then could not stop prior to pulling a superman...LOL This is why we should not drink and drive!!! So Im sure he only has 8 live left at most :keke:
