    You will need:
1 bag of hash browns (25-30oz)
    2 cups colby cheese
    1 cup milk
    1/2 cup beef broth
    1/4-1/2 chopped onion
    2 tbsp butter

    Do:
Mix hash browns, cheese and onion together in big bowl. Season with some salt and pepper. Melt 1 tbsp butter, mix together with milk and broth. Pour over hash browns. Melt another tbsp butter in a large skillet, and cook hash brown mix over high-ish heat for a few minutes until the cheese is nicely melted and gooey. Place in 9x13 casserole dish and stick in oven at 425 for 30-45 minutes until the top is getting darkish brown.
