ok long story short i was told way back in february that my car possibly needed a new head gasket by a shop on here(who didnt really do a full diagnosis on it because they were just installing the new turbo, injectors, tune ect..) and a local shop ran a test and said the head gasket was my problem..i have the engine out of the car right now and on my engine stand, i've done lots of engine work before and usually do my own work but it is usually on beaters and not a car that i've got over 50 grand invested in lol..

BASICALLY: i would like to just get an idea of anyone on the forums (shop or individual) that would want to do this job and an idea of how much you'd charge to do it for me..i would bring you the engine(or you could do it here if you think you can do the job that fast) i would buy all the parts that the car NEEDS and yes i know the car has 100k miles on it and everyone is trying to talk me into going into the engine more(pistons, rods ect..) but this car will never make more than around 360 wheel so i dont really see the need and i love the car the way it is.. so anyways just pm me if you think you can handle the job and let me know what you would charged to do it..just to take the engine apart and replace the head gasket and to fix anything else you find along the way..if a shop is cheap enough i would gladly carry you the engine because i've dealt with 3 or 4 shops on this forum before and never had any problems..PM me asap because i'm really wanting to see how much i'll have in this so i can get up the money..thanks -brian
