The helmets are not listed on RFR race parts site, but they are Snell m2000 approved and perfect for autox and track days @ little tally and the like. I will post pictures and more info. when I receive the email. anyone one that is interested post up your name here, I will PM details, cost, etc. thought my friends over here at WRXatlanta might want a hook up (alex asked me to post it up too) price: great quality: great service from rfr: 2nd to none they will come out and have a fitting with actual helmets and you an place orders that day. The company/vendor asks that everyone pay via credit card (no checks, I assume cash is fine also, but I will verify). And when I say COME OUT, they will drive to you, and deliver TO YOU. The total time once set up and I get names, should be roughly 1 1/2 to 2 weeks, maybe less. For the group I bought with, once all the times/schedules, blah were in order we set up a fitting time, and one day later all helmets were ready to be delivered, by 3 days they were delivered. PS: they have race suits, gloves, shoes, seats, kick arse tire pressure gauges, etc. http://www.rfrraceparts.com/ the helmets that you would be purchasing are NOT on the website, (alex the ones I showed you are incorrect, I apologize)

not bad at all I'm really bugged by things touching me to, just fabrics or whatever, even my own hair at times, and I had one on for about 15 minutes and it was cool (as in didn't get to warm in there) and didn't bother very much at all. I heard a lot of you are looking for an SA rated helmet over an M, I am inquiring about that, I sent an email, if I don't get a response by early afternoon, I will call Ken. here's the reply I got... Eric, Ultra Racing Gear has no SA rated helmets. The only helmets that Ultra Racing gear makes at this time is M rated helmets only. If anybody is looking for an SA rated helmet we do sell Bell, Pyrotect, Sparco, and Impact helmets, but, there is no close-outs or specials on these helmets (like with the ultra racing gear). All of these SA rated helmets are listed on our website www.rfrraceparts.com . The least expensive SA2005 helmet that we sell is a Pyrotect Full Face helmet in white at $248.95 plus Tax . If a person is going to go Road Racing or do any type of Wheel to Wheel racing then they will need a SA rated helmet. If a person is going to do Autocross, or some sort of Track Day Event like Talledega Grand Prix then they would use a M rated helmet. Some major tracks like Atlanta Motor Speedway, Road Atlanta, Robeling Road, VIR, do require SA rated helmets. Regards, Ken Gaines RFR Race Parts Inc. www.rfrraceparts.com so yup for you guys that are looking at doing road atlanta. I will talk to ken and see if I can work something out. Ok now for what I need the folks taht need an SA helmet to do, can you decide on one specific helmet (brand and model) and I will talk with ken about a group discount for it.
Eric, thanks for forwarding the information on the WRX Atlanta forum. At this time we here at RFR Race Parts Inc. are offering clubs & organizations such as these our affilate program rather than buying into subscriptions and add space on websites. Our affiliate program offers both us & the parties involed a way to link, advertise, and make money without having to pay for subscriptions & add space. In the past we had paid a lot of money for links & add space on websites but received little or no response. As we discussed I can offer the WRX Atlanta club a 10% discount on any items listed on our website including the close-out Ultra Racing Gear Helmets and a sperate 20% discount on Piloti driving shoes. All orders from the WRX Atlanta club must be nade via phone only order to receive the discounts, Ga. sales tax will be added, free shipping on orders of $100.00 or more. If the club is having a local event or track event then we would consider coming out and setting up our both to sell.
